Dorr Township is a small, friendly, and welcoming community. The township supports local businesses, is considerate of the residents, and provides family-friendly events to participate in throughout the summer and rest of the year. The township offers three gas stations, three playgrounds, a memorial site for those who have served in the military, many restaurants and local businesses. Everything here is well-maintained, from the streets to the landscaping and buildings. Overall I would consider Dorr Township a nice and safe place to grow up at.

This is a fantastic farm community, but many family friendly neighborhoods and sub division. We are close to downtown Holland and Grand Rapids, many shopping malls, highways, but out enough to enjoy the beautiful scenery and nature.
Dorr Township is a little town just south of grand Rapids. When i want to have some fun its easy to hit the high way and drive up a few exits. More importantly If i don't the noise and bustle of a large city i don't have to lift a finger, just grab a beer and sit on the back porch. Also, everything you usually need is within a two mile radius.
