I give it 4 stars only because it is beautiful place to live with a lot of wildlife. It is relatively quiet until the country club has events. It is a very upscale community.
Some neighbors are very nice(these are mostly the long time residents), other neighbors are very self centered and act as if they are better than others. But this can be anywhere.
It should be a gated community but is not because of the post office. Also the only other business here is the country club.
Wish there was more presence of law enforcement on a regular basis. You never know when they are here. They also need to be proactive with all the drivers who running stop signs and speeding especially they need to enforce the law when it comes to underage and unlicensed drivers going around the neighborhood in their family golf carts.

Diablo is a town filled with conflict between new and old money. I fit into neither category so my experience is hardly the true "Diablo" experience. What I would like to see change is for the country club to be converted into a homeless shelter or a community center, something that could help the working class rather than serve as an idol for the rich.
Small roads and difficult to navigate. Close to many public schools. Beautiful environment. Hard to get in and out of neighborhood.
