For the most part, you can find what you need in the area. We have acquired more stores lately, but there isn't much for competition between the businesses. I prefer mom and pop places, but we really do not have that many of those. It is disappointing.

Teachers do not get paid that much in my state. Therefore, it is difficult to say that I could earn decent money. In other fields, there is better pay, but many of the businesses cannot afford to pay what big oil companies pay, so I think it suffers.
If you like chain restaurants, then dining options are fine. Otherwise, in terms of finding unique places to go - this area is out of the question. You cannot find much for variety here.
