Denning Township Reviews
Restaurants such as La Fiesta, get a lot of business because they're a good Mexican restaurant to go to around here. There are a few restaurants here that are absolutely horrible, there have been either roaches, hair, mice, or serving horrible food at these few locations in West Frankfort. La Fiesta is about the only place to go if you want a decent meal, with maybe a drink or two, they normally have good specials throughout the week.
In West Frankfort, we don't have that many good businesses. Many of restaurants and stores have gone out of business, or will be going out of business. I rarely ever eat anywhere in West Frankfort because there's four restaurants that are absolutely horrible. Whether it's the food, the way their business is ran, etc. I prefer to go to Marion, or Carbondale, IL for anything. For shopping, eating out, etc.
There's not much of a variety whenever it comes to being employed in West Frankfort. Teenagers especially, work in fast-food, if not then they work at a grocery store. There is only one place that is almost always hiring, and that's McDonalds. Most of their staff is teenagers. Every where else, like Dixie Cream Donuts, K-Mart, etc., you almost have to "have a name" in order to get possibly get hired.
