Denair provides a standard living place for its residents. Many people are attracted to Denair because it is moderately affordable, small, and independent from its big neighboring cities. Denair is in close proximity to neighboring towns and offers access to many backroads without the need of traveling down California's Highway 99. Amtrak and commercial trains run through Main Street which is posited in the middle of the town. Often there are loud train horns which shake the residential areas, as well as ambulances on neighboring streets, shots from gunfire, barking dogs, and screams of cats of unsterilized cats in heat. Over all, it is not the worst area to live, but it most certainly does not reflect a family's ideal living location.

Denair is a very tight knit community where everyone looks out for one another. Although it may not be for everyone, in this small community, everyone knows everything about everyone.
Denair is a very small town so it's easy to get from one place to another. The main problem is that there aren't that many places to get to. The biggest part of the town is the school and even that is incredibly small. But there are nice neighborhoods and many people know each other.
