Delmar is a great town with lots of local businesses and a wonderful school district. I am happy to live here!

The police presence is great. Like I said before, everybody knows everybody. The police are familiar with everybody in the community, so the crime and safety in the area is very reliable.

It is a low profile community, but everybody knows everybody. The community is like one big family.

It's hard to find fun things to do, especially if you're in high school or college.
