It is quiet, but really best for young families or retired people. Young professionals would be bored in Delmar, DE.
I love living in Delmar Delaware. It has a very small town close feeling and it is within minutes from the small city amenities of Salisbury MD. My kids have a 2 minute walk to school every morning and the school system here in Delmar is ranked very high by State Standards.
