I grew up in Delhi, so I will always be very fond of it. Since I was homeschooled through fifth grade I spent a lot of time in the community with my family -- at the parks, the library, local businesses, etc. There's a lot of opportunity to get involved in the community such as with the Delhi Farmer's Market on Saturdays in the summer. The area is sparsely suburban and very car-dependent, unless you don't mind walking or biking up and down hills to get where you need to be. The weather is what you'd expect from the tri-state area: fair amount of rain, sun, and mild temperatures, but there will be the occasional blisteringly hot summers and borderline arctic winters. You also get the most cheese for your money at the Delhi Skyline compared to the others.

The Oak Hills School District is absolutely amazing! Friendly neighbors, low crime, decently central location.
The community of Delhi Township is that of a family. Everyone seems to know everyone else. We are concerned for each other's wellbeing. Unfortunately, we have a lot of empty buildings that could house businesses. Many of the ones that are here are family businesses. Many of our neighbors are of the low income status, but there are many outreaches available for them. My mother was born and raised here as am I. It is sad to see the decline of businesses, but I still like the closeness of the neighbors.
