I moved here from a bigger city in MN and loved it from the first time I looked at the house I bought. Delano keeps making the town better by building more and making the town more family friendly. They are in the middle of completing a big addition to the schools to accommodate the rising amount of student attending. Delano has the best 4th of July celebration that I have seen, and it keeps getting bigger and better. This town has that small town feel but is still close to all the amenities that you need. This town is small but growing and has a lot of places worth checking out.

Everyone in the neighborhood I live in are so nice. There has never been any problems for me living here. All of the neighbors are kind to each other. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The only noises generally heard are the cars driving by and the church bell. I really enjoy it here. I would most definitely choose to live here again. Although, it would be nice if there were more children in the neighborhood, it would add more life! Overall, the neighborhood is very nice and calm. It is the perfect place for someone who likes privacy and a peaceful place to live.
I moved to Delano a year and a half ago and I love the country. Since I lived in the city my whole life I didn't know what it would be like, but it definitely is a change and a change for the better. It is quiet and the people are friendly and welcoming when you go to town. I am so glad I moved here and will never go back to the cities after living here.
