In term of the people who live here, at least the ones my age, they can be very small minded and not very driven academically. They seem to have no realistic future goals for themselves. The area itself is very beautiful and scenic with a lot of outdoor adventure and opportunity such as hiking the woods and forests of big sur, exploring the gorges and the beaches, and kayaking.
