Great place to live. Great schools, good access to shopping and entertainment. People are friendly and anxious to be good neighbors. Plenty of work opportunities and access to transportation including rail to Chicago.

I like that Deer Park is a very calm tight-knit community, there are plenty of restraints and places to go nearby, and the houses are very nice. If I had to change anything I would want to the town to be a bit larger but there are several large bordering suburbs so it’s okay.
Family friendly neighborhoods, great parks, many amenities nearby, low traffic with easy access to Ohare and the Metra... Chicago's best suburb.
