Dayton offers beautiful country - like views without having to be crazy far from the city. In addition to its country feel it features some amazing new construction style homes. Dayton is also conveniently placed between the cities of rogers, champlin, and anoka for easy access to highways and in city type businesses.
I love the more rural setting that is still only 30 minutes to downtown Minneapolis! It is a great place to raise children with good schools, plenty of parks and trails, and easy access to the Mississippi River and local lakes.
Dayton has an amazing enviornment, lots of nice people and amazing homes and ranches all around. The new devolpments began to take away from the greatness however its still a nice city
