I think this is a great area to live in. There are people who prefer to be in the calm areas and others in the city. Here you can choose a city like style in nearby Asheville, or be in a more laid back place in the surrounding areas. No matter which area is picked you always have a great atmosphere and great landscape. There are many things to do and places to explore. If I could do it all over I would definitely live here again, but perhaps this time try a different nearby area as my main home.

There seems to be mostly control of what goes on in regards to crimes. However sometimes you wonder how a lot of things can happen with so many police supposedly around. Putting in perspective what we hear is going on around the country I would have to say right now we are doing Ok.
