Dammeron Valley Reviews

It is greener and cooler compared to Saint George. Very quiet and peaceful. It is minutes away from Sand Cover Reservior, which is a fun place to take your dog and fish. Hiking the trails around Dammeron is also a great way to spend one's time.
The homes are built on 1 acre lots or greater which makes it a nice buffer, I do not feel like I am on top of people. There are no gas stations or stores which makes it nice for a quiet place to roam about.
There is room for animals and ATV's, great fun to take your dog on a walk. It is easy access to the horse trails.

Dammeron Valley was the perfect place for me to grow up. My family moved when I was about to turn eight years old, so naturally I was nervous to move to a new place. However, the nerves soon faded. I attended school at Diamond Valley Elementary, the nearest elementary school. The school was tiny and the classrooms were few. However, everyone - both teachers and students - were so kind. It was at elementary school that I met my new friends.
Some may think that because Dammeron Valley is detached from St. George city it would be hard to find anything "fun" to do as a kid. That is false. Although Dammeron Valley is not located in the city, it is located in the mountains. Instead of sitting and playing video games or watching TV for hours on end, my friends and I played outside. We rode bikes, hiked, climbed, built forts, and even camped...when our parents gave permission. Looking back on the ten years I lived in Dammeron Valley, I am happy to have been raised there.
