Wonderful community with necessary amenities and great schools. Most things are within a hop, skip or jump from home. Lots of fresh water lakes and ponds as well as the tidal Damariscotta River.
Quaint little town on the water with lots to do and many restaurants to choose from. Can get really crowded in the summer and traffic can get backed up, so best to plan on doing some walking rather then trying to find a parking spot right in the downtown area.
