I have lived in Dallas, Georgia for most of my adult life. It's very clean, quiet, and family friendly in this area. With it being a southern community, the hospitality here is great! While we are outside of the heavier Atlanta traffic, Dallas provides welcoming shopping and eatery options. The housing market is wonderful here, you can easily find a home to fit your budget with excellent space. I would recommend anyone start a family here!
Dallas offers enough distance from the Metro Atlanta area to offer a reprieve from the hectic traffic and population that surrounds it. I live on the outer edge of Dallas and enjoy more natural views without having to make an insane commute to civilization. Although my son is too young to be in school, we have heard great reviews about the public schools in our area. It is a safe location; we feel secure in our home and our neighborhood. The crime rate is considerably lower than surrounding areas as well, which is great since my son will grow up here. The real estate market is cheaper here, as it is farther from Atlanta, and most houses sell for reasonable prices. It's a great place to live!
