I live in a fantastic area. It is right on the outer edge of big suburbs, but still has a small town feel. It would take 5 minutes to be in the middle of no where, and 10 minutes the other way to be in Grand Rapids. There is many brand new businesses that are starting up here and I predict it will bring in more people and also increase house values. I see the future of Byron Center being very bright.

Grand Rapids is growing rapidly and opening new businesses to attract tourism weekly. We have a huge attraction for the craft beer and brewing industry.
There are areas of the city that are extremely safe and City workers are constantly patrolling the streets to ensure public safety. There are also areas that are not safe at all to walk home through as with any big city.
