My person experience with Crossett is horrible and unfortunately im still here. This town is more so a retirement town. There is no night life, no family oriented places to go, no fancy restaurants anf no place for the kids to go besides school. Only jobs available are fast food, a couple retail stores, a couple grocery stores and the hospital. Help me!

My experience with Crossett has not been the best. The town is quite small. There is not a lot of jobs to apply for there. Another downfall is that I am currently 3 hours away from my family. The location is very far for such a small town. Some improvements could definitely start with more job opportunities. Crossett has a lot of land that could be use to build the town into something worth living in. I believe that Crossett could be a great place in the future with the people who are trying to make a change.
Although there is a great sense of community in Crossett, as a young person, I am not thrilled to live here. Every weekend, I find myself venturing to other towns in hopes of finding something to do. The fact is, Crossett has little to offer, especially entertainment wise. The fumes from the local paper mill cannot have a good effect on health as well. I have been looking foward to moving for quite some time..
