Crooksville is a small town in Ohio where everyone knows just about everyone else. Most people in Crooksville are very good people. The school is very nice, as well. The community has cleaned up recently, but it is still not my top pick when it comes to chosing where to reside.

Go here if you want to be brought down by all the empty homes, empty storefronts and the misuse of city money to buy a $15,000 clock when they could be fixing the roads and sidewalks or trying to entice business to come in. The town is horrid. The council and local government is horribly ran.
The police are bad. There are even some police who will smoke pot in their cars while on duty! And the crime has been getting worse. A lot of break ins have been happening, both cars and now, houses.

Now, there are a few decent cops, but the rest will pull you over for no reason, will follow you around if you're walking and they see you, and there rarely ever see them.
