Cowan Reviews

1 review
Cowan, Tennessee is a great small town nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains. It is a very small and quiet town. It is a town with two caution lights and a railroad track in the center. It is a town where everyone knows everyone. I would like to see change in seeing more of the city's tax dollars at work. The roads are in need of permanent repairs. Overall, Cowan has been good to me.
