Covington is small and becoming very populated. It is close to everything you need shopping, entertainment, schools, churches, free ways, est. Nightlife is little to non existent with only a few bars open late. Covington is very much a family community with parks and lakes and small town events held every so often. Community is clean and well kept by its members. Housing market is raising the prices on the area but still being purchased quickly!

Covington is expanding with more stores, shops, and entertainment venues, but still has that small town feel. You always see someone you know, which is great! Also, there is no shortage of good food and coffee. Covington is not too far from some malls, movie theaters, highways, and Seattle.
Covington is developing rapidly, more surrounding businessness and homes! New elementary school currently under construction. Friendly and safe environments.
