Working in Countryside
I love our small town of Countryside, the police department is outstanding and host several events through out the year such as Cop on a Rooftop, and events with Chick Fil A. Countryside offers Concerts at the Park every summer, which is a free concert event for several weeks in the summer, several local food vendors are invited, and free giveaways are included as well.
Countryside is near a lot of stores, restaurants, etc. and the people in the area appear to be nice which is a bonus. You can walk to different shopping areas and such. Finn Park is a nice place to hang out with a playground, tennis courts, a walking path, baseball fields, a skatepark, and so on. Plus, in the summer they have fun events at the park such as the concert in the park each week.
I like the small-town aspect of Countryside; I like that I know a lot of the people, and it's very family-oriented in my opinion. We just got a park down my street last year, and I think it was a great way to really bring the community and our neighborhood together!
