First of all, Country Knolls is not a town, village or hamlet, it is a development. The development is in Clifton Park. The houses are mostly cookie cutters and the construction was average but the insulation of the homes is poor. People who live here are middle class working families and the school district is Shenendehowa which is HUGE. 2 high schools, 3 middle schools and 4 elementary schools on campus PLUS 3 elementary schools off campus. The schools are good but if you have kids in sports, they better be good because they pick and choose the kids and only take the best of the best.No real town, just bedroom communities. Clifton Park continues to expand exponentially with both commercial and residential developments. Clifton Park has lost its upstate town feel and is now more like a Long Island town. One more year here and it's time to move.

Hi, my husband Tom and I are real estate agents, specializing in Van Patten Knolls homes. We have sold many homes in Country Knolls over the years. They are wonderfully built affordable family homes, hardwood floors in most of the rooms, nearby parks and public swimming pools to join. Matured neighborhood with lots of tree and most homes sit on almost a 0.50 acre of privacy.

Teri and Tom Cranston rans #5 out of 790 agents.

We put three boys through the Shenendehowa school district and the years spent there were wonderful.
I have loved growing up in the area, I always have liked meeting new people from outside my circle and towns while still not having to travel far to meet up and catch up. I also love the amount of things to do, I am not too far from the activities going on in Saratoga or Albany as well as living in the Adirondacks opens up many possibilities to have kept myself occupied growing up and now.
