Cottleville is a wonderful place to live! It's safe, very cute, has great schools and great food. Home prices are high but its worth it! It's also a golf cart town which is super fun, and they just put up a huge food truck and wine/beer garden. They play live music and its a really good atmosphere. Also, lots of sidewalks so very pet friendly! There is a very high rated grade school, middle school, and high school right in town, most within walking distance. also a bonus is that there is only a 30 min drive to the city! So catching a cardinals or blues game is super easy. They are building a bunch of new homes and apartments, so that may affect traffic a bit, but I'm excited to have more people in the town. We are super close to grocery stores and major chain stores so that's really nice. I love living here I seriously couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Crime rate is super low, one of the safest suburbs in Missouri! Roads are kept up with, streets are clean and wide.
It has a nice homey feel and good public schools! There are lots of eateries for the foodies. There are really good restaurants less than 5 minutes in any direction.
A lot of the shops and stores in this area are friendly and inviting. From experience and interacting with individuals working in these environments are very pleasant. Everything is pretty much in the same area and it is not difficult to get from one place to the other. There is a variety of different stores. You have your grocery stores, produces stands. donuts and coffee shops, hair salons, and retail stores. It's a quiet yet busy area, very enjoyable.
