Beautiful country feel, family oriented, nice business community, relaxed atmosphere. It seems like it is always sunny here! Visit "A Painted Cottage" and "Alladin Nursery" and now the Five Mile House building is said to be opening back up after many years! How exciting!!!

The experience of living in this are is like no other. It is a great atmosphere with a very strong community. The climate stays in the mid 70's most of the time. This area continues to expand with new businesses and it is just getting better. The rent/mortgage prices are getting higher but that is the only downfall to this area. Also, you are never far from the beach which is great for family bonding etc. When the time comes I would definitely purchase a home and raise my family here.
Small town. You get the country living, you’re close to the beach but far enough away that the fog doesn’t hang around all day.
