Corpus Christi is a beautiful, ocean side city where anyone can come and feel the relaxation in the air. From the unique attractions like the gorgeous USS Lexington to the Port Aransas beaches, there’s so much to do!
Our downtown area is filled with parks, events like Bucaneer Days or the food truck festivals and you get to enjoy it with free bikes and scooters!

Perfect for anyone who wants to retire and live a simple life or a college student, looking to be able to be by the beach every day!

I really enjoy Corpus Christi, TX. and all that it has to offer. I grew up in the surrounding area and never had a reason to come to Corpus Christi as I had what I needed near my home. I moved to Corpus Christi for school and realized that I truly had a love for the beach. I love going to the beach and having dinner with a beach view. I would really recommend anyone that is wanting to relocate to give Corpus Christi an opportunity as it has great amenities to your kind of lifestyle; the weather is great! When I feel the need to relax I just head out to the beach whether it is during the week or in the evening, the beach has an open invitation to anyone and I strongly recommend it for therapeutic use.
Corpus Christi is the sparkling city on the bay! Only, a little less sparkly and little more in need of a touch-up (or two). Corpus has great qualities until you hit the freeway towards San Antonio and realize such a vast difference in terms of modernness and just the overall upkeep. Corpus' roads are the utmost worst. Rapidly deteriorating, every street you turn on consists of pot-holes and overall unevenness; especially the main road of the city - Ocean Drive. Among numerous other complaints such as dirty beaches, lack of nightlife activities (C'mon, we have 2 big colleges!), and congested roads not meant for the amount of people actually living here; Corpus has the potential to be among the greatest cities in Texas where when you visit you never want to leave!
