Cornelius is a wonderful little town outside of Charlotte! With Lake Norman, Uptown, and other fun activities just a short drive away, it is the perfect place for families, young professionals, or retirees.

ZERO culture, fine dining non existent, housing is high for what you get , however the schools are rated well..however you never know when you get rezoned into another area. Great for retired couples-not great for family. Charlotte offers little culture and dining is better. Everyone drives like they are a nascar driver. Traffic is always an issue.
Cornelius is a very high end, preppy town, but there are lots of things to do around town, and it is in a prime location. Since we've moved here, it has been the perfect medium between the busy life of Charlotte and the natural solace we get from Lake Norman. The schools are highly rated, and the only complaint we have is traffic from I-77. Overall, it is a very safe community, and the cops are always around.
