I am a native of Georgia Cordele in particular, because it's my hometown. growing up in Cordele things were fantastic but times have changed. For the most part Cordele is safe and very family friendly. The public school is very informative and a great place to prepare for higher education, Crisp County High is an accredited school that is designed to feed and enhance the students mind by teaching students to be an academic success. The curriculum guide is one of the best in Georgia there are many success stories that stem from the love and academic groundings of Crisp County High.
Cordele, Ga is a small town with big dreams. Growing up in Cordele wasn't anything spectacular, but it was and still is home. Nothing huge ever happened in Cordele, but still to this day something draws me back every so often. It's not the new Chick fil a or Japanese restaurants, and it's not raging parties because like I said, it's a small town and nothing huge happens here. The things that stand out in Cordele that keeps drawing me back home is the community. Every time I come home, I get off the exit and the high school is right there. I always think about my favorite memories of playing sports and missing all of my teammates. Then a mile down the road is where I worked throughout high school, and where I fell in love with the idea and dream of becoming a physical therapist. As I pass through town and make my way home, I realize I love Cordele because of the people I put myself around. Cordele has amazing people that are determined to help anyone they can.
I would like to see more businesses in Cordele, GA. I like the diversity and community. I believe that the have great services to kids in school who slack good grades. That's a plus for me.
