Coral terrace is probably the most underrated area to live in Miami. We have some of the best public schools and private schools like Columbus high school , Saint Brendan's elementary and High school. We are close to FIU and university of Miami. We have tropical park and the dade county fairgrounds. We live in a area that is close to the airport and shopping malls Merrick park , Dadeland mall, Dolphin mall. Great place to live.
Small quiet-ish, family-friendly neighborhood, mostly cuban. There are enough small business that you don't have to go far for groceries or a dinner out. It is also centrally located enough that South Miami, West Miami, and Coral Gables are only a few minutes away.

you go to any places and say hello to someone as a form of courtesy when one enters a place, one person or no one would response back to your greeting. And also, the vast majority of citizens in Miami speaks mostly Spanish. So, anyone who is interested in living Miami would have to learn both English and Spanish. And another side note that I wanted to add is that the rents are getting too high theses days because of new immigrates that are coming to the USA. Good luck to anyone who is trying to search for a place to live.
