I’ve been living in Copiague for almost 30years. I grew up there went to elementary school all the way to high school. Throughout my education I have come across some of the most amazing and inspiring educators. They love what they do and they love helping their students learn. The community is very involved from the town hall meetings, the yearly fair, car shows, parades and so much more. They Neighborhood’s are very much tight-nit, everyone knows each other. They change I would like to see, is the cost of living. Not a lot of my peers and students who went off to college can afford to come back to our towns and live due to the cost of living.

Copiague is a small town with a diveresed Community. There are many different culture stores right by the train station. The schools are clean and safe. I intended one of their three elementary schools, all the way through senior year in high school. My experience with the people in the town was enjoyable, and since it is a small community, everyone knew each other. Sports teams did okay, Track and Field, Girls basketball team do very well at least when I attended. Overall the community is filled with many cultural people, and it is clean and safe
I like that Copiague is a very diverse community. There are restaurants and delis that serve cultural foods. I also love that Tanner Park resides in Copiague. It is a hot spot for events. Every event is fun and it draws in a lot of publicity. The library is amazing and is a very welcoming environment. Overall, I am giving Copiague a 3-star rating because there are parts of Copiague that look run down.
