Few job opportunities. Some very ugly areas where businesses have gone out and buildings are vacant. Houses vacant or not kept up. Neighborhoods deteriorating with poverty and crime increasing.

There are places I would not go at night. Generally it seems to be a safe area, but in the wrong places, bad things can happen.
This area is very nice and peaceful. I have become friends with some of the neighborhood residents. Yes I would choose to live here again or even recommend it to a friend. The future for this town is would be well if people can find employment.
