As a person who has lived in Concord Township for 6 years, I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to mature here and attend middle and high school at Garnet Valley. The schools are wonderful with teachers who are kind and always willing to help those who are struggling. My fellow classmates are also understanding and willing to branch out and be friendly to those who need it and generally are upstanding people. On the exterior, it seems like a typical suburb, but it is so much more than that with brilliant community members that ensure that everyone feels safe. I have never felt as though I would be harmed while at home and the crime rate is low. Overall, Concord Township is an excellent place to settle down.

Positives: Garnet valley ISD has some of the most expensive homes in the area and the is probably the best school district in PA. The kids loved it there and the teachers were exceptional. It felt extremely safe to walk and live. Home values have risen steadily after SEPTA announced that the Line will be extended to Glen Mills - Wawa station with construction starting in 2017. The demolition of the mall in Middletown nearby to build high end townhomes has quietly allowed properties/land to be purchased by developers in anticipation of upcoming higher prices.

Negatives: Property taxes are high. There seems to be an influx of businesses - Costco, CHOP, massive Wegman's development, numerous health care facilities, etc., increasing traffic flow and making it harder to get around.
Very nice, most people care about keeping it safe and looking good. But, it would be nice if there were sidewalks.
