In south county St. Louis, but close enough to the city to enjoy a ballgame or and outing to the riverfront. Concord has friendly people and everything i need is conveniently located. It is part of the award winning Lindbergh School District. Within three miles, I can see a movie, go to the mall, shop for about anything I need, eat at any restaurant i can think of, buy any make or model of car and have it licensed, and receive care at one of the best hospitals St. Louis has to offer. Concord really does have it all!

Overall, St. Louis weather is unpredictable but still good!
I live in a suburb of St. Louis thus it's mostly big companies/chain stores. There's a big need for more local business and mom and pop vendors. I am aware it is not categorized as a hip neighborhood such as many in the city, however, South County has potential. A good starting place would be to get some different restaurants in the area. Something that I cannot find in any city, but instead is unique to here.
