Super small town, but with charm. People are friendly and everyone knows everyone. If you like a quaint little town it’s pretty awesome.
Columbia is a very small town where everyone knows everyone. that could be good or bad. I have had many experiences there good and bad. many people become farmers, cops, or teachers. many people there also get married very young and hardly ever leave the town. its not a very diverse place. if you leave the town and are able to get a job elsewhere you are successful. I wouldn't change where I come from, but id never go back and live also. I wish there was more opportunity There, especially for African Americans. if there was anything I could change it would definitely be that.
I love my small town. We have a unique small-business downtown scene, and we are growing quick, commercially.
