Colts Neck Township Reviews
Colts Neck is beautiful, peaceful, and affluent located in desirable Monmouth County, this town has so much to offer! Breathtaking scenery of the open space and lovely horse farms. Colts Neck has a fantastic school system with amazing teachers. Friendly neighbors and gorgeous sprawling homes. Within minutes to Jersey shore finest beaches. Also, an easy commute into the city. Within close driving distance to great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, recreational parks, and upscale golf courses. A truly amazing one of a kind place to live and raise a family in. Highly recommend moving here.
Unlike the towns in the surrounding area, Colts Neck, like its namesake, is full of open farms, forests and fields. Although the vast majority of the town is a very green rural-like environment, the towns surrounding Colts Neck are where the suburban-social life is; however, the air is clean, and on most nights, the sky is crystal clear with a view of the stars. The vast majority of the town's water supply is from underground aquifers and requires very little cleaning systems. So overall, the town is worth at least a visit to breathe in the fresh air and take in the open spaces.
As a high school student in Colts neck, im really happy with where I grew up. Colts Neck has a lot of the benefits of new jersey. Local hub areas like Asbury Park and Redbank are no more than a twenty minute drive away. For a family, Six Flags Theme Park is about a twenty minute / half hour drive and a lot of family beaches, while packed, offer enough entertainment for my childhood. The town it's self is nice for an upper middle class family and drives to several most nearby cities are a bit more than an hour.
