Collier Township has a very good mix of rural, suburban, and urban type communities. It has a great mix of wealthy, middle, and lower class ranging from Nevillewood to Carnegie. Many parks for recreational sports are available in Collier and the Panhandle Trail starts in Collier Township and runs to Cumberland, MD.
Collier Township is a very clean township with many people living within the area. I like how it is somewhat new and a well respected township. My only complaint about collier is that it is not very close to many stores or dining places.
It is as if we moved hundreds of miles away, but in essence we only moved four miles. There's a lot of trees and wide open spaces. Everyone seems so friendly. There are a lot of activities for children and families combined.
