The best the best thing about Coldwater MI is that it is easy to travel away from by car. I69 heads North to Lansing Michigan South to Indianapolis. There are no convenient airports, bus station or train stops. If you consider Battle Creek a metro area that is under an hour away. Great view of corn fields in all directions. Flat featureless land. The people for the most part are uninteresting add unwelcoming. I could go on and on about how mediocre Coldwater really is as a place to live.

Coldwater has a very welcoming and diverse community with many recreational activities. Coldwater has a dog park, Heritage recreational park that includes a splash park, walking trails a skate park, tennis and basketball courts all available to the public.
Coldwater, MI is the average small town community. They have a nice farmer's market downtown in the summer and spring and hold festivals throughout the winter to help keep the community involved with one another. Although, Coldwater would be better if they had more of a nightlife. Coldwater is home to a lot of college students and there is nothing to do past 10 o'clock.
