It's a small town getting huge, 20 years ago Mooresville was just it's downtown area. Now there's subdivisions, Lowe's corp. HQ, an IB school, Trump International Golf Course, major corp. changes, and expansion of Mitchell Community College, and even named Race City USA. Now this massive expansion has caused problems like traffic, and an influx of crime; however all these problems are being addressed according. It's not a surprise since it was a sleepy neighbor to Charlotte, NC; now the 2nd largest banking city in the US. Now to spite the new industry and people coming to the area, Mooresville is still close to Nature, bordering a state park, and being located right Lake Norman. In short it's a growing urban small-town.

For the longest time Mooresville has been a place that I have called home. I was educated in the local school systems, raised in a suburban neighborhood, and have expanded myself to the community. As a whole, I see Mooresville's racing industry expanding even further which would lead to an economic benefit.
The housing is very nice. There is no abandoned houses, they are either destroy or remade.
