I like the community that I currently live in. Because it's gated, clean, has 24 hr security, and several amenities for me and my family to enjoy overall! What I would like to change is the quality of some of the major stores in the area like Walmart. It seems to be a crowded area where I live and the Walmart not too far away is terrible! There's never enough cashiers, police are always on guard posts there, and it just seems like total chaos most of the times I go there to shop. I usually drive further away to another Walmart to get better service. Also there are a lot of strip clubs, prostitution, drugs, and homelessness in this area. I didn't realize this until after I moved into the neighborhood. If the community I currently live now was not a complete opposite, I would have moved by now! Overall Butterfly World is across the street, stores, and transportation is convenient as well. Many pros and cons to consider altogether you know.

Coconut Creek has been my home for two years now. Extremely friendly neighbors, peaceful environment, and range of markets available and easily accessible. Pricing can be slightly over priced, however, for the state and the area, it is very understandable!
I have lived in Coconut Creek for 19 years and would not want to live anywhere else! Coconut Creek has really shaped my personality and connected me to a great number of people that I will remember for the rest of my life. There are numerous restaurants, parks, and a hospital within a 3 mile radius no matter where you live! School for me has always been a great experience and safety has never been a problem! In addition, there is so much diversity in Coconut Creek! Overall, Coconut Creek is absolutely amazing, definitely my favorite city in Broward County hands down!
