This is a wonderful town that has so much to offer. You get the small town feel with access to plenty of amenities, including the beach! I would recommend this town to anyone who is looking to move or is looking for a vacation spot they will love.

Ever wanted to go to a place where nearly every adult has lived in one spot all their life and never moved up or out? Come to Cocoa Beach. A small, beach-side town located on a barrier island. There is only one way out: a bridge, which a lot of people seem to not cross, as they spend their entire lives here. Adults live through their kids. Local governments remains stagnant as Northern homeowners try their best to pay as little as possible toward the community. Four people were murdered last Spring Break. Nice place to raise kids. Couple of cool parks. There's a Publix.
Cocoa Beach is a really nice beach, no car traffic, very family friendly. Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center are nearby. I have been going to Cocoa Beach for many years and it is still my favorite beach to go to in the area where I live.
