Suburban life style, with easy access to anything in the Des Moines area. Commute to major malls are easy, lots of options for public schools, housing price range is decent, and apartments are affordable in the area, plenty of easy access to gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. You have all the basics and are within reach of all the extras you could want.

One thing that I like about Clive is that the suburbs is a great environment to live with your family or even to start a family. The people are really friendly and get along great. In addition, there is a great diversity of people from all backgrounds as well.
I like that Clive is a very clean city. The neighborhoods are all fairly well laid out and the people are absolutely amazing!
