I like that Clive is a very clean city. The neighborhoods are all fairly well laid out and the people are absolutely amazing!

We live close to grocery stores, a mall, hospital and various doctors, and supply stores.
The cost of living is high when you are on SS. Taxes, utilities, food and most all have risen which leaves us unable to eat out, shop and use all the surround us.
Very nice city. Quiet with great schools, neighborhoods, and quick easy access to other suburbs around the greater Des Moines area.
