There is so much to do in Clinton, so much to see, and such a typical town feeling! Great historical sights, lots of good food, and so many friendly faces as you walk down town or across the bridge looking towards the famous Red Mill.

Although I is a very nice neighborhood, there is not much of a united community. Neighbors hardly speak to each other and there are not many people around. Some of the children, especially this group of boys on bikes, are not so pleasant to deal with. Besides blocking the way for cars and causing traffic by loitering in the middle of the street, they also behave rudely to most adult around. Other than that, it usually a nice, but overly antisocial neighborhood.
I've been a Clinton Township resident for over 10 years now and can say I didn't like it when I had to move here and I still don't like it now. Very quiet place to live but nothing to do especially for teens and 20 year olds. The town refuses to change and add anything new, even our tiny walmart must close by 10pm. If you live here you must travel for anything you want or need as very little is actually local and lots of stores and restaurants close early. This area in Hunterdon County is very expensive and taxes are high along with other expenses. However if your single, make a good income, and aren't home much this is the place for you as it is very safe and not much in the way of crime to worry about. Public schools here are actually OK although the buildings could use renovations.
