Clinton Charter Township Reviews
The roads are rough in some areas and construction on the roads gets frustrating, but everything else is pretty nice. Great parks and rec program! Tons of dining options. Great police and fire rescue. There's also a great outdoor mall and a couple of great parks for kids. The school system is average but provides students with virtually unlimited options and paths.
Clinton Charter Township will always be home to me. Since the city is located just outside of Detroit, going downtown is easy and a pleasure. Living here my entire life I have noticed a downward trend going on in the area with crime and other bad things. I do wish that we had more police around and more people watching like in other neighborhoods. Depending on where you go in Clinton Township it is very diverse which is why I also love where I am at!
I like the schools in Clinton Township. I also like the amount of local restaurants and shops. We have great local parks, library and various community events throughout the year that are very family oriented. Festival of the Senses is an annual favorite and brings hundreds of people to the community for the event. The summer programs for kids through parks and recreation are a great way for families to get involved in the community.
