Working in Clifton
Based on employment rates, job and business growth, and cost of living.
I moved here from Utah when I retired and I find this to be a very relaxing, quiet and peaceful place to live. People are very friendly, the weather is great and the cost of living is low. Nice tax break for 60+ as well. I'm very happy here.
The town overall isn't bad however I would like to see the crime rate decrease. The school administration isn't the best but the teachers were wonderful. I have a lot of bad experiences here and excited to move and see something new. Clifton has some sort of glumly cloud over it that traps people here and you cant become much in a small town like this.
I would like to see the crime rate go down. There are too many substance use in this part of the town. This used to be a safe play to play and live when I was younger certain parts are not as safe and maintained by property owners/managers as the should be and this creates opportunity for crime.
