Although Claymont is a great city, it is very small and not usually talked about when Delaware is mentioned. I enjoy the diversity in this city, you can meet people from so many places with several different backgrounds and cultures, it’s amazing! There are lots of families around so kids will surely be able to meet friends easily and everyone has a close bond. I would like to improve the entertainment in the area. There isn’t many “fun” hang out places for young people or even people of all ages to enjoy themselves freely. It would be nice to have a local skating ring, move theater, or any other outlet for entertainement more available.

What I really like about Claymont is that it’s a small place. I basically know most people around here. The one thing I think I would change is the activities around here. Since it is a small community, there really isn’t anything to do around here but go out to eat and hang out with friends.
There is nothing exciting about living in Claymont, it is very boring and quiet. There doesn't seem to be a lot of violence or police activity.
