Beautiful area to live in, open and quiet; great nature scene all around. People are quiet and private, yet still notice the nice and polite community. Very few businesses or social hubs around, but close to larger areas.

There are some big construction companies like Garman and Landmark that offer well paying jobs. There also an abundance of jobs related to food service, waitressing, etc. A good mix.
It's a small town, but mostly everything you could need to get is within a 30 minute drive. Most of it is within a 15 minute drive from my area outside of town. We have some small businesses, but most are big like Walmart, Giant, Sheetz, etc.
