I love Clarence! I grew up here. Friendly community. In the middle of everywhere I need to go. The school system is one of the best in the area. I always feel safe never had any issues. Family friendly neighborhoods lots of kids around. Houses hold their value, although they may be more expensive.

I think Clarence, New York is wonderful place to live. I have grown up and attended schools within the Clarence School district. The area is safe and family friendly! I could not imagine living anywhere else. Clarence has given me many opportunities to persue my dream in music. If it wasn't for Clarence and their schools, I would have never been so successful academically and socially. Clarence allowed me to make my Broadway debut at 18 years old. I want to keep that dream alive as I attend college these next couple years. Clarence is my home and is my family.
If I had kids and was looking for a place to settle down, I would not hesitate to live in the East Amherst/Clarence area. It has access to multiple top-ranked public schools and has an abundance of parks which further the ever-supported recreational activities that go on constantly. The neighbors are friendly and mostly all have kids, so everyone grows up knowing each other. Five minutes away is access to the highway, a mall, and dozens of great, affordable restaurants, but residential areas remain peaceful. I would recommend living in this neighborhood to anyone.
