I have lived in Cisne most of my life. It has a very friendly small town atmosphere. The nights are quiet and all of your neighbors are friendly and know you by name. The thing I would change would be more businesses there is very little business here. It is mostly residential.

This is a great little town to live in and belong to. Their is a great deal of supportive for local groups such as 4-H and FFA. There are also great churches in the town.
The housing in my area is not too bad. It is a small community, but it's not bad.
