There isn't much to do in Chouteau but, they have many good places to eat! Pizza Corral has amazing pizza and includes a salad bar. That is a plus for someone who enjoys salad when they eat at pizza places.

It is a relatively small town which not much to do. That being said, there is a hometown feeling that can be felt at every football game or basketball game. The entire town feels rather close knit and everyone knows everyone. Not a lack of privacy but more of a "news spreads like fire" situation.
The town itself isn't the worst there is little to no crime (that anyone is willing to speak about). The school system is horrible I personally attended it, it was just horrible, a lot of drugs and alcohol abuse in class rooms and on campus. Most of the towns people are nice and welcoming if you go to church and share their beliefs, however, if you don't and actively admit you have different beliefs they are rude among other things. They are not an open minded community.
