China Grove Reviews
Very Quite. Neighbors are vey friendly, good school district ECISD, bus picks up and drops kids off from home. Property taxes are getting higher each year. No in the city rules!
I was raised here for the majority of my life, and this area is right on the border of nature and civilizations many amenities. This is perfect for people who would like the privacy of the country, but need the convenience of the city. The real estate market is relatively active and, depending on the amount of land that you would like, relatively affordable for the average homeowner. While city ordinances don't allow pigs, you will see some horses and cows on your way out.
There is very little crime in this area, to the extent that the police officers in our area are more preoccupied with giving speeding infractions than policing other crime.
